Southern Clams products are air freighted out of Auckland and Christchurch International Airports. Deliveries to major international destinations can be made within 48 hours of an order being placed.
Fish, clams & scallops are available all year round subject to availability and weather.
Clams remain fresh 12 days from harvest if kept chilled in a high humidity container at 2-4C (36-39F).
